I. User Investment Agreement
1. Contract Parties and Definitions
Party A (User): An individual or entity utilizing blockchain technology services under this agreement.
Party B (Service Provider): A blockchain service provider with technical qualifications, responsible for development, maintenance, and data management.
Investment Products: Include but are not limited to cryptocurrencies, liquidity mining tokens (LP Tokens), staking derivatives, and other on-chain financial instruments.
2. Service Scope
Blockchain Technical Services: Smart contract development, node deployment, on-chain data storage, and security protocols.
Asset Management: Users authorize Party B to perform on-chain asset custody, profit distribution, and risk hedging.
3. Fees and Payment
Service Fees: Includes one-time development fees, quarterly maintenance fees, and transaction fees (0.3% of transaction volume).
Payment Methods: Fiat transfers (bank accounts) or cryptocurrency payments (ETH/USDT).
4. Rights and Obligations
User Rights:
Access account assets and transaction records (requires private key verification).
Submit service optimization proposals (subject to DAO voting approval).
Service Provider Obligations:
Provide 24/7 technical support with ≥99.9% system uptime.
Publish quarterly audit reports conducted by third-party auditor CertiK.
5. Breach of Contract
User Breach: Late payments incur a daily 0.05% late fee; illegal activities result in immediate termination and legal action.
Service Provider Breach: Technical failures causing user losses require 150% compensation of actual damages.
